I’m sorry. Mommybloggers don’t get the chance to insert Drake lyrics into their posts every day.

I’m officially moved over to WordPress and I’m so happy! I still have a few tweaks to make to the layout and pages, but for the most part I’m done. If you happen to get your updates in a feed reader, click on over so you can see how fancy I am now. Mike’s first reaction was, “It’s so empty . . . ” That’s exactly what I wanted, though: a clean slate and a simpler look.

Many thanks to Spencer Sokol for handling the move. If you’re looking to move from Blogger or Typepad to WordPress, he’s your guy. He knows his geeky stuff and he doesn’t laugh at you when you ask him really stupid questions like, “Now, how do I log in to WordPress?” At least, he doesn’t laugh at you where you can hear him. I’d also like to thank Katy Carter for designing my header and for being my go-to advisor on all things design-related. She’s got good taste and a keen eye, that one.
