I'd like to introduce you to something new over on my sidebar – my very first affiliate, Magic Beans.
Magic Beans is a Boston-based children's store owned by Eli and Sheri Gurock. I met the Gurocks last year at BlogHer and was instantly smitten with their taste in kids stuff. I was a teensy bit jealous of you Bostonians, who can pop into one of their four local stores whenever they want. There's no need to be too sad, though, as they have an excellent online store, too. They have the coolest toys and gear around, and the Gurocks stand behind each and every one of their selections. It's there because they've tried it, either with their customers or with their own kids. The website is super easy to navigate as well, with features like Gift Guides, the ability to shop by age, category or brand, top 10 lists, and the Stroller Matchmaker Survey.
As if the website isn't chock-full of helpful information, they also maintain a top-notch blog. Today begins their 31 Days of Giveaways, to celebrate their 6th anniversary. Though the month of July Magic Beans is giving away over $10,000 of their favorite products, with a new giveaway each day.
Since I am a Magic Beans affiliate, I thought you should know that if you purchase anything from them by clicking through the link on my sidebar, I do earn a percentage of the sale. Not enough to make Mike quit playing poker, but hopefully enough to fund my craft beer and Starbucks habit. Three cheers for honest disclosure in blogging!
See anything you like? I've got my eye on a dump truck, for a certain little boy that has a birthday coming up. Let me know what catches your eye, and definitely let me know if you win something cool in their July giveaways!

FYI, the sidebar link does not show up when I view your site with Firefox.

Bizarre, we have Firefox on the PC upstairs and I can see the link there. This vexes me. Anyone else not able to see it?
