One of my favorite things about Christmas is the sweet surprises. This beauty came to me from my friend Jen. You can't really tell the scale from the photo, but it's a ginormous rice crispy treat topped with oreos. It's from a cute little company known as The Crispery, and they have all kinds of variations on the good ol' rice crispy treat.
For the record, I didn't eat the whole thing myself. I was good and shared a few bites with my kids and husband before I hid it the pantry for safe, late-night solo enjoyment. And enjoy it I did.
