A couple of weeks ago I twittered about being smitten with the February issue of Martha Stewart. The spread on cupcakes was a big reason why. I may just try every single variation. These particular lovelies are the One-Bowl Chocolate Cupcakes with Chocolate Glaze.
I did have to double-dip them in the glaze to get them as shiny as Martha's, but don't we all have to work twice as hard as Martha? Other than that, they were supremely easy and really, really good. I made a few mini cupcakes as well, so that Elena could eat 4 and feel like she'd gotten away with something.
