He was behind a chair. We are all very relieved that he wasn't in the trash. Mystery #2 solved.
No breakthroughs on Mystery #1 yet, though Karen (see comments) may be on to something. My theory is that I'm rubbing against something that is snagging my shirts. Seeing as how I spend 70% of my day in the kitchen, I'm thinking something in that room is the culprit. I'm very tempted to start wearing an apron throughout the day. Even if it doesn't solve that problem, surely the Donna Reed vibe will do me some good.
And I just had to report back on the sweet gesture that came my way as a result of Mystery #3: "The Case Of The Missing Christmas CDs." My very thoughtful friend, Jen, read the blog and proceeded to burn me a copy of some of her favorite Christmas tunes. I had it in my hand Friday and we've been listening to it ever since. Friends rock.
